CITIZENS INVOLVED MEANS BETTER LIVING
- CIMBL began with a handful of Saturday morning litter fighters in 1994. Now hundreds of volunteers strong, the team opens 2003 fast approaching a record of 19,000 bags of roadside trash (and over 1,700 discarded tires) collected from Placer County roadways.
